Ranch at Steamboat 302 is a 3 BD / 3 BA residence located in a resort style community. Offering lodging in a charming setting on the hillside and excellent onsite amenities for your stay. This property boasts spectacular mountain and valley views. The living room enjoys a wood burning stove, flat screen TV and private deck. The primary bedroom is located upstairs, with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, both offering two twin beds in each and one with an attached private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Ranch at Steamboat
The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers.
Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

I have been using Mountain Resorts for 40 years for an annual trip to Steamboat, This year we rented 2 units (RA302 and RA520), both basically the same price. RA520 had obviously been updated with newer furniture, kitchen appliances, walls moved to open up the space, no maintenance issues, etc. RA302 appeared to have the original (1982?) furniture, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, layout, etc, and things were falling apart. As an example, the refrigerator appeared to be at least 30 - 40 years old and was significantly undersized for a condo advertised to sleep 8 people. Closet doors were falling out of their tracks, toilet paper holders were pulling out of the vanities, shower heads completely discolored, uncomfortable furniture, must I go on? We were very disappointed with 302. Hard to believe that Mountain Resorts would allow RA302 to be rented for the same price as RA520.
